Where does Houndrise ship?
Houndrise currently focuses on customers in the United States. We ship to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout. Product availability can vary by destination.
Is shipping free?
Current Houndrise launch products include free tracked standard shipping to eligible United States addresses. If an order or destination does not qualify, any charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipment, estimated transit for eligible United States warehouse products is generally 3–8 business days. The estimate shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation takes priority if it differs. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We email tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking may take 2–5 business days after shipment to show its first carrier scan.
Why might products arrive separately?
Some products ship from different fulfillment locations. Items from the same order can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers at no additional shipping charge.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible. We will try to help if your request is received within 12 hours of purchase and before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, the regular return rules apply.
How do returns work?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, free of pet hair or damage, and in their original packaging with all included parts and instructions. Contact us before sending anything; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
What if my item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing?
Contact us within 7 days after delivery at pawhavenonlinestore@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Are dog toys indestructible?
No toy is indestructible unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Choose products appropriate for your dog’s size and behaviour, supervise use, inspect products regularly, and remove damaged items that could create a choking or ingestion hazard.
